Termite Inspections on a yearly basis is a real necessity, we recommend that you use the Pest Control company that originally installed the treatment or system around your property, at least quarterly you should visually inspect the perimeter of your home checking for mud tracks or any sign of decay, water damage etc.
it is also important that fences or other structures that may be attached have a good inspection zone at ground level to endure that Termites can not gain access.
If you think it not necessary to have Regular Inspections or you say that you just can not afford the cost than you could be in for a nasty surprise.
